Baseball Game Preview: Madison Mustangs vs. Scotts Hill Lions

For the second straight game, Madison will face off against Scotts Hill. The Mustangs will challenge the Lions at 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday. Madison will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.

Madison lost 15-5 to Scotts Hill on Monday.

For Scotts Hill's part, they got a massive performance out of Cy Maness, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, four RBI, and one triple. Maness has become a key player for the Lions: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 3-13-1 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Brady Beecham, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base.

Scotts Hill's win bumped their record up to 7-14-1. As for Madison, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 12-11-1.
