Baseball Recap: Northside Methodist Academy Comes Up Short

Northside Methodist Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They lost 11-1 to the Westview Chargers.

Northside Methodist Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isaac Handcock, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI. Those two hits gave Handcock a new career-high.

Northside Methodist Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Westview, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 9-1.

Coming up, Northside Methodist Academy will be playing at home against Dale County at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Westview, they will head out on the road to take on Ripley at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
