Softball Recap: Grand Forks Central Takes a Loss

Grand Forks Central lost against Sheyenne on May 8th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Knights fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 7-6. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grand Forks Central's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Sheyenne, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.

Grand Forks Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sheyenne, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 4-0 win against Horace on the 24th.
