Boise faced Eagle in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Brave came up short against the Mustangs, falling 65-41. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 46-39 back in January.
Boise's loss came despite strong showings from Libby Nelson and Nya Pellantlatham. Nelson posted 11 points and three steals, while Pellantlatham put up ten points and six rebounds. Nelson is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games she's played.
