Volleyball Recap: Collinsville Takes a Loss

Collinsville lost against Windsor back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Kahoks fell just short of the Owls by a score of 2-1. While the Kahoks didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Owls 25-20 in the first set.

Collinsville started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-18, 17-15.

With the loss, Collinsville broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-5. As for Windsor, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3-1 record this season.

Collinsville has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Alton on the 13th. Windsor has also already played their next match (against Veritas Christian Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
