Basketball Recap: Wright Comes Up Short

Wright suffered their closest loss since January 27th on Monday. They fell just short of the Jeffers Jets by a score of 56-53. The Red Devils were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Jets earlier this season, when they won 35-32.

Wright has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-12 record this season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.3 points over those games. Jeffers' win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-14.

As of now, neither Wright nor Jeffers have any future games scheduled.
