Basketball Game Preview: Loraine Bulldogs vs. Westbrook Wildcats

Loraine is 2-8 against Westbrook since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Loraine Bulldogs will host the Westbrook Wildcats at 7:30 p.m.

Loraine came up short against Roby on Tuesday, falling 75-50. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Westbrook, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They blew past Highland, posting a 58-28 victory.

Westbrook is also on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-11 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points per game. As for Loraine, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-14.

Loraine took a serious blow against Westbrook in their previous meeting on January 7th, falling 83-33. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Loraine was down 42-11.
