Volleyball Recap: Saline County Christian Homeschool Starts Season with Win at Home

Saline County Christian HomeSchool gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Christian Ministries Academy Conquerors. This was payback for the Warriors, who suffered a 3-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Saline County Christian HomeSchool had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 18-25, 25-23, 25-16, 25-15.

Looking ahead, Christian Ministries Academy is taking a road trip to square off against Varsity Opponent at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Saline County Christian HomeSchool will be paying especially close attention to the Conquerors' contest: after the Conquerors face off against Gospel Light Christian, they'll take on Saline County Christian HomeSchool again at 4:30 p.m. on September 4.
