Using our database of historical results, we are looking back at the most successful high school basketball programs from the state of Hawaii over the past decade.

Punahou captured a pair of state championships, had three runner-up finishes and was ranked in the state Top 10 rankings each of the past 10 seasons.

'Iolani finished second after capturing a pair of state titles and runner-up finishes and appearing in the state Top 25 rankings each season of the past decade.
