Volleyball Recap: Sacred Heart Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Sacred Heart suffered their biggest defeat since November 9, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Shiner Comanches, falling 3-0. The Indians were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Comanches apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Sacred Heart took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-21, 27-25.

Sacred Heart has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. Shiner's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4.

Looking ahead, Sacred Heart will be taking part in a tournament against Columbus at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Shiner, they will challenge Gonzales at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday.
