Basketball Recap: Incline Has No Trouble Against Varsity Opponent

The third road matchup was the charm for Incline, as they earned their first road win of the season. They wrapped up 2024 with a 66-51 victory over Varsity Opponent.

Tommy Williams continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a triple-double on 34 points, nine rebounds, and nine assists. That makes it nine consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Incline's points. Jayden Abbate was another key player, putting up ten points and three steals.

Incline has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 5-5 record this season.

Incline will square off against Silver Stage at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Varsity Opponent, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 65-56 loss against Southern Maryland Christian Academy on the 30th.
