While New Trier's win against Fenwick wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Trevians won by a goal and slipped past the Friars 1-0. Give New Trier's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

New Trier pushed their record up to 15-0-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four matchups. As for Fenwick, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7-1.
