Flag Football Recap: Yuba City Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Yuba City's offense. They were beaten by the Placer Hillmen 31-0 on Thursday. While losing is never fun, the Honkers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 627th, while the Hillmen are ranked 197th).

Yuba City's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Placer, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Yuba City nor Placer have any future games scheduled.
