Soccer Recap: Harrison Takes a Loss

After soaring to four goals the game before, Harrison was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They fell 2-0 to the Mesa Ridge Grizzlies. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Harrison of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Harrison now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Mesa Ridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Harrison is set to take on their familiar foe Canon City at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mesa Ridge will square off against rival Palmer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
