St. Anne's-Belfield strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They enjoyed a cozy 33-14 victory over the Virginia Episcopal School Bishops. The Saints have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bishops, too.

St. Anne's-Belfield's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jonah Brent, who rushed for 37 yards and two TDs. The team also got some help courtesy of Haden Morris, who rushed for 75 yards on only six carries.

St. Anne's-Belfield's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Virginia Episcopal School, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, St. Anne's-Belfield will challenge Roanoke Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Virginia Episcopal School, they will face off against The Covenant at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Bishops will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 31.5 points per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
