Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Coosa). They took their contest on Tuesday with ease, bagging an 82-26 victory over the Dalton Academy Pumas. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 52-3.

Coosa's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Timbaland Mitchell, who went 6 of 8 on his way to 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaylen Worfford, who posted ten points and three steals.

Coosa pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.6 points per game. As for Dalton Academy, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Coosa will venture away from home to challenge Chattooga at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Chattooga has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 228 points over their last three games. As for Dalton Academy, they will welcome Gordon Lee at 7:30 p.m. on December 17th.
