Basketball Recap: Weeping Water Beats Falls City for Their Third Straight Victory

Weeping Water entered their tilt with Falls City on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 38-29 victory over the Falls City Tigers. That's more bragging rights for the Indians, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Weeping Water got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Brinkley Mcadams out in front who posted ten points along with seven boards and six steals. The dominant performance gave Mcadams a new career-high in steals. Kalison Miller was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Weeping Water's victory bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Falls City, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Weeping Water wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 47-35 win against Palmyra on the 3rd. Falls City has also already played their next contest, a 50-22 defeat against Freeman on the 3rd.
