Charleston Catholic won the last time they faced Buffalo and things went their way on Friday too. The Charleston Catholic Irish took down the Buffalo Bison 65-51.

Despite the defeat, Buffalo had strong showings from Caleb Cales, who went 6 for 7 from beyond the arc on his way to 20 points and five boards, and Asher Flanery, who posted 16 points and seven assists. The game was Flanery's fifth in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Braxton Mitchell, who scored four points.

The win got Charleston Catholic back to even at 7-7. As for Buffalo, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-8.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Logan the next time they take the court. Buffalo will head out to face Logan at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Charleston Catholic will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
