Volleyball Recap: Charlotte Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Ella Schutter and Kallie Nichols + How To Watch

Charlotte lost against Olivet back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Orioles took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The Orioles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Kallie Nichols and Ella Schutter certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Nichols had ten aces, while Schutter had five aces. Nichols is crushing it when it comes to aces: she's served at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

Charlotte's loss dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Olivet, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

Looking ahead, Charlotte will be playing at home against Lansing Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Olivet, they will square off against Jackson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
