Will Anderson Delivers Electric Performance Vs Lincoln Southwest

Starting off the list is Bellevue West's Will Anderson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Anderson threw for 312 yards and three touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes, and also rushed for 96 yards. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.

On Thursday, Lincoln Southwest had to settle for second even though Jace Erickson put up the best numbers he has all season. Erickson rushed for 104 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making five total tackles (0.5 for loss) and defending two passes.

For the season, Erickson has run in 2 touchdowns while averaging 28.6 rushing yards per game.
