Softball Game Preview: Bristol Panthers vs. East

The Bristol Panthers will head out to take on East at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

It was a proper cat-fight when Bristol took on Chalker on Wednesday. The Panthers came up short against the Wildcats, falling 11-1. The Panthers have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Bristol saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cadence Imhoff, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Meanwhile, East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 21st straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 14-1 to Southern.

Bristol's loss dropped their record down to 9-7-1. As for East, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-13.
