There's no place like home for Alta, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past the Brighton Bengals 3-0 on Thursday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Hawks as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Alta never let Brighton on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-19, 25-23.

Alta now has a winning record of 13-12. As for Brighton, they moved to 11-11 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Coincidentally, Alta and Brighton will both be playing Woods Cross the next time they take the court. The Bengals will head out to face the Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Hawks will host them at 6:30 p.m. on the 10th.
