Baseball Game Preview: Splendora Wildcats vs. Dayton Broncos

For the second straight game, Splendora will face off against Dayton. The Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Broncos at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Splendora's pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so Dayton's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

On Tuesday, Splendora beat Dayton 7-4.

Jaigen Aguilar looked comfortable as he tossed 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.

At the plate, Splendora got a massive performance out of Wyatt Sepanio, who scored two runs and stole four bases while going 3-for-4. Those three hits gave Sepanio a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Brewer, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-2.

Splendora's win bumped their record up to 15-7. As for Dayton, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-12.
