Kylah Wos was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Those nine strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI.
In other batting news, Addison Siple was a standout: she got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two stolen bases and three runs. Natalie Wischuck was another key player, going 2-for-4 with five RBI.
