Marissa/Coulterville had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Steeleville on Monday. The Meteors' pitcher stepped up to hand the Warriors a 10-0 shutout. The Meteors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matches by seven runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Kennedy Trieb, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one double. Reilly Reid was another key player, going 1-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double.
