Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Arlington Heights). They claimed a resounding 63-12 victory over the North Side Steers. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 38-6.

Several Steers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Acealynn Gray, who posted six points.

Arlington Heights' win was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-8. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 19.5 points per game. As for North Side, their loss dropped their record down to 2-15.

Arlington Heights will be home for the holidays to greet Paschal at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Side, they will venture away from home to face off against Wyatt at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. North Side's offense hasn't had much luck over their past 11 matches, but Tuesday's contest will give them a chance to turn things around.
