Webster Thomas is a perfect 10-0 against Irondequoit since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Titans will challenge the Eagles at 5:00 p.m. Webster Thomas will be strutting in after a victory while Irondequoit will be coming in after a loss.

Five must be Webster Thomas' lucky number: they beat Penfield with that score not once but twice on Monday. The Titans beat the Patriots by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 5-2. The Titans haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Irondequoit came up short against Our Lady of Mercy on Friday, falling 15-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Monarchs: they've now lost three in a row.

Irondequoit saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ella Cooley, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Webster Thomas pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.6 runs over those games. As for Irondequoit, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Webster Thomas took their victory against Irondequoit in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 15-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Titans since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
