Basketball Game Preview: Bartlett Indians vs. Narragansett Regional Warriors

The Bartlett Indians will take on the Narragansett Regional Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Bartlett is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest defeat since February 15, 2024 on Friday. They came up short against Uxbridge, falling 61-39. The contest marked the Indians' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Meanwhile, Narragansett Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost to Tahanto Regional at home by a 57-38 margin. The Warriors were down 49-29 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Narragansett Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Bartlett, they dropped their record down to 2-4 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Everything came up roses for Bartlett against Narragansett Regional in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 74-40 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bartlett since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
