Volleyball Recap: Maryvale Comes Up Short

Maryvale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Cesar Chavez Champions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Champions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

Maryvale's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Cesar Chavez, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-8.

Looking ahead, Maryvale will venture away from home to face off against O'Connor at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cesar Chavez, they will take on Browne at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
