It was a good run, but Line Mountain unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Juniata Indians by a score of 2-1. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Line Mountain came into the match with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 98th, while Juniata are ranked 219th).

Line Mountain's goal came courtesy of Ava Steily, who's now up to six this season.

Line Mountain's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 6-2. As for Juniata, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Line Mountain will welcome Susquenita at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Juniata, they will face off against Millersburg at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
