Live Oak got off to a sluggish start, posting 0 total points in the first half. That left them at a 0-14 disadvantage. The Live Oak offense took control in the second half, however, scoring 20 points. The game brought them to 2-0 and dropped Mandeville to a mirror-image 0-2.
Live Oak will look to defend their home turf next week against West Feliciana at 7:00 PM. Mandeville will have some time to rest before their next contest, which is against Fontainebleau in two weeks at 7:00 PM.
