After a string of six wins, Loudoun Valley's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They received a blow as they fell 61-43 to the Woodgrove Wolverines. The Vikings were probably out for revenge after losing 67-37 to them when the teams met back in February, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Loudoun Valley's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-2. As for Woodgrove, their victory was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-3.

Loudoun Valley will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Luray at 11:00 a.m. on December 28th. Woodgrove does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
