Baseball Recap: East Robertson Extends Winning Streak to Three

While East Robertson didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-12), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They put the hurt on the Donelson Christian Academy Wildcats with a sharp 15-1 win on Wednesday. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by nine runs or more this season.

The victory was the third in a row for East Robertson, bringing their record up to 7-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Donelson Christian Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Robertson will square off against Carmel at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. We've got a battle between Wildcats coming up.
