Volleyball Recap: Masuk Starts Season with Victory at Home + How To Watch

Masuk took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Kolbe-Cathedral Cougars as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Panthers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Masuk's got stronger as the match went on, holding Kolbe-Cathedral to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-6, 25-5.

Leading Masuk to victory were Grace Morrow and Mia Tyler. Morrow had six aces, while Tyler had 18 aces and three digs. Tyler has been hot for a while, having also posted 12 or more assists the last 13 times she's played.

Masuk wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Brookfield on the 4th. Kolbe-Cathedral has also already played their next game (against Bullard-Havens), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
