Basketball Recap: Parkview Christian Academy's Win Ends 11-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Parkview Christian Academy hadn't done well against Heritage Christian recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Parkview Christian Academy Falcons came out on top against the Heritage Christian Defenders by a score of 56-47. The win was all the more spectacular given the Falcons' disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 605th in Illinois, while the Defenders are ranked 234th in Indiana).

Alex Ophoff and Andrew Regnerus certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Ophoff posted ten points, while Regnerus scored eight points.

Parkview Christian Academy will face off against Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Heritage Christian, they will take on Hammond Baptist at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
