After losing to Lighthouse Christian Academy the last time they met, Providence Cristo Rey decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Providence Cristo Rey Wolves walked away with a 51-40 victory over the Lighthouse Christian Academy Lions on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

Lighthouse Christian Academy's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brock Banks, who went 8 of 17 en route to 21 points. The contest was Banks' third in a row with at least 21 points. Jared Mcadams was another key player, putting up six points and eight rebounds.

Providence Cristo Rey's win bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Lighthouse Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Providence Cristo Rey will welcome MTI School of Knowledge at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
