Gonzaga Prep had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They claimed a resounding 74-42 victory over the Ridgeline Falcons. Winning may never get old, but the Bullpups sure are getting used to it with their 20th in a row dating back to last season.

Several Falcons players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Bo Fried, who posted seven points. Matthew Ehlers was another key player, putting up nine points.

Ridgeline's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gonzaga Prep will welcome Camas at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ridgeline, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Mt. Spokane at 5:30 p.m.
