Basketball Recap: St. Francis Borgia Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

After losing to New Haven the last time they met, St. Francis Borgia decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The St. Francis Borgia Knights came out on top against the New Haven Shamrocks by a score of 37-24 on Saturday. The win was some much needed relief for the Knights as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

The victory got St. Francis Borgia back to even at 5-5. As for New Haven, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.

St. Francis Borgia has already played their next matchup (against St. Dominic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. New Haven will head out on the road to challenge St. Francis Borgia at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
