Basketball Recap: Milwaukee Madison Comes Up Short

Milwaukee Madison lost to Milwaukee Vincent back in December of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Knights were dealt an 85-52 defeat at the hands of the Vikings.

Despite the loss, Milwaukee Madison still got an impressive performance from Jamal Covington, who went 12-for-17 en route to 30 points in addition to six boards and five assists. Covington's evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacarreis Robinson, who posted eight points and five rebounds.

Milwaukee Madison's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Milwaukee Vincent, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Milwaukee Madison will take on Milwaukee Arts at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Milwaukee Vincent, they will venture away from home to face off against Bay View/Conservatory of Lifelong Learning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
