Volleyball Recap: Platte/Geddes Comes Up Short

Platte/Geddes suffered their biggest defeat since November 7, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Wagner Red Raiders, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Black Panthers of the 3-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-11, 25-17.

Platte/Geddes now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Wagner, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2.

Coming up, Platte/Geddes will square off against Bon Homme at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wagner, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Gregory at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
