Softball Recap: Lampeter-Strasburg Beats Conestoga Valley for Their Third Straight Victory

Lampeter-Strasburg entered their tilt with Conestoga Valley on Monday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Buckskins a 4-0 shutout. That's more bragging rights for the Pioneers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Natalie Hill made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out 11 over seven innings pitched. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 5.4 strikeouts per game. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
