Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Summertown walked away with it. They blew past the Harpeth Indians 3-0 on Thursday. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won seven matches in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-20, 25-15.

Summertown's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zoei Bonner, who had 28 assists and three digs. Bonner has been hot for a while, having posted 21 or more assists the last 13 times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Annalee Kelly, who had 15 digs.

Summertown's victory bumped their record up to 39-8. As for Harpeth, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-14 record this season.

As of now, neither Summertown nor Harpeth have any future games scheduled.
