Basketball Recap: Isaiah Dunkley Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Sebastian River

Treasure Coast won the last time they faced Sebastian River and things went their way on Saturday too. The Treasure Coast Titans took down the Sebastian River Sharks 54-36. Given the Titans' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 166th, while the Sharks are ranked 354th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Treasure Coast's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaiah Dunkley, who posted 11 points and eight rebounds. Torre Washington was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and 12 rebounds.

Treasure Coast smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in five consecutive contests.

Treasure Coast has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Sebastian River, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-5.
