Traders Point Christian needed a changed in momentum after dropping five straight games and they got it from  Kam Reese. The Traders Point Christian Knights put the hurt on the Central Christian Academy Chargers with a sharp  65-39 win on Tuesday with plenty of help from  Reese, who  shot 86% from the field on his way to 14 points in addition to seven  assists and five  boards. The last time  his  field goal percentage was this high was  back in January of 2024.
  Jakson Jones was another key player,  putting up four  points along with six  rebounds and three  steals. He is  on a roll when it comes to  steals, as he's  now  grabbed three or more in each of the last three games he's  played.
 Despite the  defeat, Central Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore  Ja'Corey Martin  almost  dropped  a double-double with 16 points and nine  steals. Those nine  steals set a new season-high mark for  Martin. The team also got some help courtesy of  Josiah Riggins, who  went 6-for-13  to rack up 14  points in addition to six  boards and three  steals.
Traders Point Christian's victory bumped their record up to 7-15. As for Central Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 2-18 with the  loss, which was their 11th straight  on the road.
 Traders Point Christian has already played their next contest,  a  72-33  defeat against Frontier on the 7th. As for Central Christian Academy, they also  didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  45-38  win against Indiana School for the Deaf on the 28th.
