While Dyer County put up some runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Munford. The Choctaws came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 3-0. This was a revenge game for the Choctaws: when they faced off against the Cougars back in April, they had to take a 8-6 defeat.

Dyer County has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-10-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Munford, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 18-15.
