Soccer Game Preview: Paul Public Charter International vs. Washington Latin Public Charter School

The Paul Public Charter International Pirates will venture away from home to face off against the Washington Latin Public Charter School Lions at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Paul Public Charter International can't be too happy about their upcoming road match considering what happened when they opened their season away from home two weeks ago. They came up short against BASIS, falling 6-0. Paul Public Charter International haven't had much luck with BASIS recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Meanwhile, Washington Latin Public Charter School kept a clean sheet against Idea on Wednesday. They blew past the Timberwolves 7-0. Considering Washington Latin Public Charter School have won four matchups by more than three goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Idea from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Jack Levin led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Paul Public Charter International might still be hurting after the 5-0 loss they got from Washington Latin Public Charter School when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Pirates avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
