Basketball Recap: Prince RVT Takes a Loss

Prince RVT was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They came up short against the Vinal RVT Hawks, falling 69-49. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-52 back in January.

Despite the loss, Prince RVT still got an impressive performance from Jordan Iverson, who dropped a double-double on 31 points and ten rebounds. Iverson's evening made it ten games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Justice Black, who posted two points and eight steals.

Prince RVT's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Vinal RVT, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-8.

Coming up, Prince RVT is taking a road trip to square off against Sports & Medical Sciences Academy at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Vinal RVT, they will venture away from home to challenge Wolcott RVT at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
