Cactus has gone 8-2 against Deer Valley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Cobras will take on the Skyhawks at 6:00 p.m. Cactus will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.

On Wednesday, Cactus made easy work of Peoria and carried off a 3-0 win.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-19, 25-6.

Deer Valley not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 16th (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Westview. The victory continues a trend for the Skyhawks in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won six in a row.

Deer Valley never let Westview on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-18, 27-25.

Cactus' win bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Deer Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 8-14.

Cactus came out on top in a nail-biter against Deer Valley in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Do the Cobras have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Skyhawks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
