The Victory Christian Vikings will venture away from home to face off against the Sacramento Waldorf Waves at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Victory Christian will be strutting in after a win while Sacramento Waldorf will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row dating back to last season, Victory Christian turned things around against Foresthill on Thursday. They blew past the Wildfires 3-0.

While Victory Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-23, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Sacramento Waldorf was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against John Adams Academy Rsvl/Lin, falling 3-0.

While Sacramento Waldorf was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into John Adams Academy Rsvl/Lin's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-12, 25-20.

Sacramento Waldorf's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Victory Christian, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.
