Basketball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central was the 78-76 winner over West Feliciana when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Central Wildcats took a 59-42 bruising from the West Feliciana Saints on Thursday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Feliciana's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Harmony White, who posted 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sa'Lacia Berry, who earned 14 points.

Central now has a losing record at 1-2. As for West Feliciana, their record is now 2-4.

Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 64-52 loss against Istrouma on the 9th. West Feliciana has also already played their next contest, a 56-17 win against Kentwood on the 9th.
